Combining stiff-backed, rubber-legged Irish dancing with American tap, the show depicts a young couple who fall in love at a dance. Emigrating to the USA, they flee not only famine but fleet-footed mystical demons. The plot's irrelevant, however: Magic Of The Dance is pure spectacle.
